How to deal with insecurity when language learning

I find myself as the slowest learner in our Japanese class of six—despite holding a Master’s Degree and being an honor student throughout my life.

Perhaps it’s the years of confidence built in academia and business that makes lagging behind my classmates in this new realm frustrating.
